• FBS/PLBS
• HIV/HBsAG/HCV
• Liver function test
• Serum Electrolytes
• Blood Group
• INR
• Urine routine
• Chest X-Ray
• 2D Echo (if age above 40 years)
• ECG (If age above 40 years)

Any relevant other investigations like TSH if hypothyroid etc.
