Happy to share I finished the TCS World 10K Bengaluru 2026, within the cut-off time, qualifying for the next edition. But it’s not only about that. My journey started in 2007, and later continued with the Sunfeast Bangalore 10K and TCS 10K Marathons since 2011. Moved to Mumbai and stepped up to half marathons (21 Km) and became a huge fan of the Tata Mumbai Marathon! Hit a major roadblock in 2019 when I suffered a slip disc. At that time, I thought my running days are over. Made a comeback, the finish line wasn’t just about speed; it was about recovery. Huge gratitude to Dr. Shreedhar Archik, the incredible team at PhysioRehab, Ms. Chandan Poddar, then at H N Reliance Foundation Hospital (for my first Half Marathon), fellow runners, and friends. Dr. Archik is not just a brilliant surgeon but a patient listener. My mother presented with a difficult combination of severe Hip Arthritis and Spine issues. We were worried about complications, but the doctor took the time to explain the 'Why' and 'How' of the Total Hip Replacement procedure, alleviating all our fears. The surgery at Lilavati was managed smoothly. The team was proactive with pain management, ensuring she was comfortable throughout. My mother was walking with a walker the very next day! Now, in less than 2 months, she is walking with a stick, the pain is completely gone, and her X-rays show perfect bone healing. Seeing my mother walk without pain so soon after surgery is the greatest gift. For any elderly patient or family scared of complications, Dr. Archik is the safest pair of hands you can find. Highly recommended for complex cases.

Dr. Archik performed TKR on both knees of my mother-in-law, who is 84 years old, on 24th Jan at Global Hospital, Parel. Our experience of pre op discussion, Post op hospital stay is excellent. My mom Yazmeen Gafoor Khan had her hip replacement in November 2024 . After the Counselling she got from Dr. Shreedhar Archik at Gleneagles hospital . It was a successful surgery and in the meantime we realised she needs her knees replacement as well in April 2025 and now she can walk and can do her daily chores . I have really great experience with Archik Doctor. My Dad knee replacement was done successfully. My mother spine surgery was done successfully and then my HTO surgery was done successfully. माझे नाव भगवान शंकर गाधडे असून माझे वय ६२ वर्षे पूर्ण आहे. मी अगोदर दादर येथे रहात होतो. गेली २४ वर्षे मी वाशी , नवी मुंबई येथे रहात आहे. ह्या डॉक्टरांनी माझ्या डाव्या गुडघ्याचे १९९८ साली वरळी येथील पारीख नरसिंग होम मध्ये ACL रिकन्स्ट्रॅक्शन असे ऑपरेशन केले होते. आत्तापर्यंत मी माझ्या पायावर ठामपणे उभा आहे. एव्हढे चांगले ऑपरेशन ह्या डॉक्टरांनी केले होते. आत्ता मी माझ्या बायकोला त्यांचा फोटो दाखवल्यावर ती म्हणाली की या डॉक्टरांना बघितल्यावर आजार ५० टक्के बरा होतो. डॉक्टर खूप छान आहेत. त्यांचा प्रसन्न चेहरा अजूनही आम्हाला डोळ्यासमोर येत आहे. आपल्याला विनंती आहे की आपली प्रॅक्टिस वाशी, नवी मुंबई त देखील चालू करण्यात यावी ही कळकळीची विनंती आहे. आशा आहे की आपण माझ्या विनंतीचा मान ठेवाल. तुम्हाला प्रगतीच्या हार्दिक शुभेच्छा.
